Finally, the trained AI agent can be deployed across multiple channels including websites (via an embed code), email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, and AI voice calls. How are message credits calculated and charged?

One message credit equals one message sent by the user and one response received from the AI. GPT-4 messages are 10 times costlier than GPT-3.5 messages. Therefore, if you’re using GPT 3.5 as your preferred model to get answers, then you consume 1 credit, whereas, if you choose GPT-4 for the same, it will consume 10 message credits. For AI voice calls, the message credit consumption rates are higher.

How are the message credits calculated for AI voice calls?

If you're using AI Voice Call, then for GPT-3.5 you will consume 120 credits/ minute; GPT-4o will consume 180 credits/minute; GPT-4 will consume 240 credits/min

Is it possible to remove Copilot.live branding from the Copilot?
